Mardi Gras
Happy Mardi Gras, ya'll! We learned about this Louisiana holiday in kindergarten today! We got beads, we wrote about our beads, we made masks, we read stories, we learned some new words, we ate king cake, we crowned a king and queen of Mardi Gras (the kids who got the baby in the king cake piece), and we had a lot of fun!
