We learned about Mount Rushmore and the Statue of Liberty this week!  Who is your favorite Mount Rushmore president?

National Geographic!

I am in a cohort right now to become a National Geographic teacher!  The kids have taken over though and want to be National Geographic kids!  I love how they have taken our learning about the polar animals and figured out a way they can help those regions as well as our own community!  We have a class of world changers!

Valentine's Day tea party!

We practiced our manners and learned how to set the table and had a whole lot of fun at our Valentine's Day tea party!

The 100th day of School!

To celebrate being 100 days smarter, we had a big bask in class complete with dressing up, balloons, crowns, necklaces with 100 beads, trail mix with 100 things, activity books, and picture frames!  What a great day!

Future entrepreneurs!

Indoor recess has turned our kiddos into entrepreneurs!  Instead of wanting me to put our activities for them to work on, the kids have started setting up their own businesses!  They have even started advertising with things like, "limited edition", "vintage", "best in town", "best deal ever", and "sort of free"!!
